Unlike the lay-flat pepperoni you might be used to, cup-and-char pepperoni’s edges curl and crisp during cooking, trapping natural juices and flavor.

Our Cup & Char Pepperoni have a balanced spice level that goes great on New York slices, Chicago Tavern-style pies, New York Sicilian squares, and Detroit-style pizza, but really, we think they go great with any style pizza.
