You don’t need to upgrade. Every Ooni oven ever created will bake amazing pizza. This is a way to help out those of you who have already decided you’d like to change oven; perhaps because a different size or fuel type suits a change in circumstance, or because of some of the new features we’ve launched over the years.

No catch. This program is just our way of saying thanks for being an Ooni customer by making it easier for you to enjoy new products and features.

When you click on the ‘Upgrade now’ button and complete the form, one of our team members will be in touch in a few days with your discount code. Nothing happens to your current Ooni oven or mixer when you start the upgrade process. There is no ‘trade-in’ necessary to participate in this program.

Your upgrade credit discount code will be emailed to you around 3-5 days after you have completed the form.

No. The Ooni Upgrade Program only allows upgrades within the same product category. That means you can upgrade:

• From an oven to another oven
• From a mixer to another mixer

Upgrades from an oven to a mixer or from a mixer to an oven aren't eligible.
