Karu 2 Pro

The Karu 2 Pro is made to comfortably fit up to 16in pizzas.

Use wood or lump charcoal for a traditional wood-fired experience, or attach a gas burner (sold separately here) for easy propane-fueled cooking.

Ooni Connect™ Digital Temperature Hub’s front-mounted display allows you to cook with precision and receive detailed information straight to your phone via Ooni Connect™ and the Ooni app.

Ooni Karu 2 Pro is built to last and you can leave it outdoors all year long. You can use the Karu 2 Pro Cover to keep it safe from the elements. We do recommend that you store Ooni Karu 2 Pro indoors for extended periods without use and to protect it from harsh weather conditions.

We stand by our products. All Ooni products come with a 1-year warranty as standard, and we’ll extend that to a 5-year warranty on our Ooni Karu 2 Pro outdoor oven when you register your pizza oven with Ooni. Your Ooni pizza oven must be registered within 60 days of receipt in order to claim the 5-year warranty.

The Karu 2 Pro has an enormous internal cooking area, and comes with Ooni Connect™ Digital Temperature Hub. It also offers more control over airflow and the enlarged glass door's ClearView™ technology reduces soot so you can always keep an eye on what you're cooking.

Right out of the box your Karu 2 Pro comes with an Ooni Connect Digital Temperature Hub to monitor your oven's ambient temperature and any food you cook with supplied Ooni Food Probe. We'd highly recommend taking advantage of our bundles above to get all the essentials you'll need for making great pizza such as a peel, infrared thermometer to accurately read your stone temp in addition to the ambient temp, and a turning peel to help you turn your pizzas like a pro.
