At Ooni, we stand by our products. All Ooni products come with a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty for 1 year as standard*. For certain products, we’ll extend the warranty as follows when you register the product with us within 60 days of purchase.

Ooni products are built to last. We will support your product against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for the duration of your warranty. Our first priority is always to help you to keep cooking epic food! If any defective parts get in the way of this, we will replace them - and we will do it fast and without messing you around - we trust you!

If (and it's a big bad “IF” that we don’t think will happen!) you need to claim on the warranty, processing a claim is easy - Visit our support page to submit a warranty claim with:

• Your proof of purchase - so please keep this! 
• Your Ooni product’s serial number (see find my serial number!)
• Photographs of any faulty parts
