How do I know where my order is?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been successful. We will send you a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please note that tracking links may take a up to 24 hours to display delivery details.
You can also check Your Account for further information.
USA: Orders over $100 include free shipping to mainland USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
Shipping time: Orders placed before 2pm EST are no the same day and are estimated to take between 1 and 5 business days in transit. Orders are shipped from our East and West coast warehouses.
Note that we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
Canada and International orders:
Orders shipped outside of the US may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Please check your country's import fees prior to checking out.
UK: Orders over £75 include free next business day shipping within mainland UK.
Shipping time: Orders placed before 11am UK time are normally shipped the same day and normally take one business day in transit.
Europe: Free shipping for orders of £125 and up for Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Switzerland
Orders placed before 11am UK time are normally shipped the same day and are expected to take between 1 and 7 business days in transit depending on your location. We send you a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Shipping time: Orders are normally dispatched within 1 business day from our Sydney warehouse and are expected to take between 1 to 5 business days in transit. We send you a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Your items may arrive in separate parcels. For UPS shipments, you can track individual parcels by clicking on “Packages in this shipment” at the bottom of your tracking link.
Delivery times may vary during holiday seasons and busy periods. If you have placed a preorder, all items will be dispatched when the preorder is ready to ship.

We know that you will love your Ooni product and we endeavour to make your order experience as enjoyable and smooth as possible. If you have changed your mind and you would like to return an unused Ooni product, we can help out. Ooni products ship with a return period of 60 days.
How to initiate a return:
Reach out to us at email@example.com. Include the following information to have your return processed as quickly as possible:
- Your original order number
- The condition of your item
- The number of parcels that you would like to return and their dimensions (length, width, breadth and weight)
- The reason for your return
Return shipping costs
Free returns: If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, we’ll cover the costs of getting it back to us. We’ll also cover return shipping if an item is returned in its original packaging and within 60 days of its delivery.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. This may occur for any item not in its original condition, damaged or incomplete or outside of the 60 day grace period. In these cases, the return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. We always minimise these costs and source the lowest rates available.
Returns from outside of mainland UK / USA
If you are returning an Ooni product from outside of the UK or USA, the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
What do I do if I have used my Ooni product and I want to return it?
We pride ourselves on our customer support and we will do everything that we can to ensure that you are satisfied with your order and experience.
