Cook Pizza
In Any Weather

That's right — hot, fresh, restaurant-quality pizza at home (or wherever), all year-'round.

Don't let the elements rain on your pizza parade

Use our tips to cook amazing, restaurant-quality pizza from anywhere, no matter the weather.

Cooking in the cold

• Allow more time to preheat your oven & it will still work great, even if buried under snow.

• Store your pizza stone inside at home. A dry warm stone will help cooking in cold weather.

• Show your oven love & store it indoors when possible, especially in harsh conditions.

Cooking in the rain

• Weather-resistant Ooni oven covers are custom-designed to protect from the elements.

• Both wood and gas fuel options will work great in rain, just be sure to store wood in a dry environment and out of humidity.

• Keep pizza peels out of the rain, and have a kitchen towel nearby to dry them.

Cooking on a hot day

• Keep an eye on the temps to make sure they don't exceed 932°F.

• Allow oven time to recharge and get back up to temperature between bakes, even in warm weather.

• Cover your oven when not in use & store out of direct sunlight, especially for long periods of time.

"My husband loves it. I can’t count how many pizza parties we’ve had with friends, even in the winter when it’s cold outside. He and his friends are mostly engineers and like to geek out about how it’s working and what tweaks they can make with the fuel to make it better. We use mostly wood, but having all of the fuel options makes it so versatile!" - Sarah K.

"WOW! That’s what I said when I first saw how big this beast is, when I first got it on the table, when I first fired it up, and every single time cooking in it! Having the ability to have two different stone temperatures is next level for pizza making!" - Ethan
