Terms and Conditions (Official Rules)

1. No purchase necessary to enter the competition. Purchasing will not increase your chances of winning.
2.  Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States of America (including the District of Columbia and excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island) and Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry, who have an Internet connection, and access to the ooni.com website, who have accepted the Ooni Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Only subscribers that are new to the Ooni email database are eligible to take part. Employees of Ooni Limited and their affiliates and immediate and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
3. By participating in the Contest, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Ooni, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
4. This competition will commence on December 1st 00.01am PST, and all entries must be received by December 31st 11.59pm PST. Only one entry will be permitted per person for the full period of the giveaway. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.
5. To enter, entrants must input a valid email address on the newsletter subscription pop-up form at ooni.com. Only email addresses that are new to the Ooni newsletter may enter the giveaway. Entrants will receive the Ooni newsletter periodically, which contains marketing messages and materials. Entrants can unsubscribe from the Ooni newsletter at any time.
6. One winner will be selected by Ooni, at the sole discretion of Ooni. The selection of the potential winner is final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway, and Ooni will select the potential giveaway winner within five days of the start of each month for the winner of the previous month's prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries during the Contest Period.
7. The prize will be a single $500 gift card, exchangeable for products available at ooni.com.
8. The prize is non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
9. Prize is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winner will be notified via email by the end of January 2023. The winner will have seven days (one week) to accept the prize, otherwise the prize will be forfeited.
11. The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the competition, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this competition, all entrants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this competition and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented, according to our Privacy and Terms (USA).
12. The winner agrees to take part in reasonable post-giveaway publicity and to the use of their name in such publicity.
13. By entering the competition each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
