If you are using one of our Multi-fuel ovens, you have the option to use charcoal or wood. If buying a gas adaptor you can also connect to a gas bottle for more consistent temperatures.

If you are using the Multi-fuel ovens you have the option to use between 3 different fuel types. As for which is best depends on personal preference.
