Bake authentic Detroit-style pizzas in this specialized pan that balances traditional design with modern technology and ease of use. It’ll also bake fluffy focaccias and any other delicious deep-dish pizza variety you can dream up.

The 75° angled sides and dual-process, non-stick PizzaProtect™ finish make lifting your bakes out of the pan a breeze (not to mention easy to clean up after). And the pan’s brushed stainless steel lid helps proof dough and protect toppings during baking.

This product comes in two sizes:

  • Small (9" x 6") - compatible with all Ooni Ovens
  • Medium (13" x 10") - compatible with Fyra 12, Karu 12, Karu 12G, Koda 16, Karu 16, Karu 2 Pro, Koda 2 Max and Volt 12.

Note: The Medium pan is not compatible with Ooni Koda 12.

Allow the pan to cool down before washing. Not dishwasher safe. Use a non-abrasive cleaner with a mild detergent and pat it dry after every wash. Use lukewarm water to clean the pan. Avoid high-temperature washing.

Do not use the Ooni Detroit-style pizza pan at temperatures above 700 °F/370 °C. Do not expose the pan to direct flame. This will cause discoloration and/or warping.
