Ooni Premium Lumpwood Charcoal is made from 100% birch hardwood, and is free from chemicals, aromas or additives, for a high-performance, pure fuel that infuses your dishes with all natural flavours.

Responsibly sourced and produced from sustainable FSC certified forests, our high-quality, food-grade charcoal is fired in small batches to ensure ultra-low ash and moisture content for an efficient, sustained burn, and is ready for cooking within 15 minutes from lighting.

The solid, slow-growing birch trees mean a more flavoursome, higher density charcoal for efficient, prolonged burning.

Hand-selected for use with Ooni pizza ovens, Ooni Premium Birch Lump Charcoal is equally ideal for use with all barbecue grills.
