Made from high-quality durable cast iron, the Ooni Skillet has excellent heat retention and is the perfect all-purpose pan. Great for use in Ooni, open fires and on a domestic hob or stovetop.

Note: Ooni cast iron will work in a conventional oven and on electric, gas and induction hobs. Take care when moving on an induction hob, as sliding it across the surface may cause scratching. You can also place cast iron directly over an open flame or on a barbecue grill
