- Thank you for taking part in the Promotion. We’re so excited that you want to enter our Promotion. Our mission is to make sure anyone can make great pizza, and this Promotion is one small step in helping to make that mission a reality.
- What these terms cover. These terms set out all the details of the Promotion together with some (admittedly tedious, but necessary) legal stuff.

How these terms work.
- This document is called the “Specific Terms”. It sets out all the exciting bits of the Promotion - including details of the things that we’re giving away - and tells you how to enter the Promotion.
- Unfortunately, our legal team has insisted that these terms be read alongside our Standard Terms, which are available at https://ooni.com/blogs/ts-cs/oonis-standard-promotion-terms-conditions for the US, and https://de.ooni.com/blogs/t-cs/oonis-standard-promotion-terms-conditions for Germany.
- The Standard Terms set out the boring (but very important) terms and conditions applying to the Promotion. They are incorporated into these Specific Terms. You must read them carefully.
- The Standard Terms and these Specific Terms are together known as the “Promotion Terms”.
- By submitting an Entry you agree to the Promotion Terms.

Who is Eligible to take part in the Promotion/ what countries and regions is the promotion going to run in? |
To enter the Promotion you must meet the General Eligibility Criteria and the Global Eligibility Criteria described in the Standard Terms and Conditions. If you meet the relevant criteria you will be an “Eligible Participant”. |

How can you enter the Promotion? |
To enter the Promotion you must submit an Email Entry via the relevant Facebook or Instagram advert (as defined in the Standard Terms). In brief, that means you must: sign up for the Ooni mailing list to receive one valid entry. The Facebook and Instagram ads promoting The Promotion do not have a fixed web address, so they can only be accessed when Facebook or Instagram display them to you. |

There will be 1 winner in the US and 1 winner in Germany. Each winner will receive 1 x Halo Pro Spiral Mixer. Depending on product availability, the winner will have the choice of Charcoal Grey or Polar white. (together the “Prize”) |

Are there any other special conditions applying to the Promotion? |
Yes, If a winner is resident in the United States, they must complete a W9 form and return it to finance@ooni.com before the prize is awarded. Ooni will submit a 1099 return to the IRS on the winners behalf. |
