3. Add a little oil to a pan and add the garlic, then sauté the broccoli over a medium heat until slightly softened.
4. Fire up your pizza oven.

6. Slide the pizza off the peel and into your pizza oven, making sure to rotate the pizza regularly.
7. Once cooked, remove the pizza from the oven.
Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and a generous sprinkle of shaved parmesan, then serve straight away.
