This is pure, raw Indiana wildflower honey hand-bottled by the family-owned Bohman Bee Company. But before it hits the bottles, the honey gets a staycation in a used Four Roses Bourbon barrel, where the barrel’s char helps the honey take on Four Roses’ signature mellow spice.

Suggested Use: Drizzle it over pizza or dunk your crusts for a big hit of that sweet, spicy goodness. Pair it with a couple fingers of Four Roses Bourbon and some bitters for a riff on the classic Old Fashioned cocktail.

We stand by our products. All Ooni products come with a 1-year warranty as standard, and we’ll extend that to a 5-year warranty on our Ooni Fyra, Ooni Karu and Ooni Koda outdoor oven ranges when you register your pizza oven with Ooni. Your Ooni pizza oven must be registered within 60 days of receipt in order to claim the 5-year warranty.

Delivery Schedule

Grocery orders ship with a flat fee of $19.99 per order. Ooni Dough Balls and Dough Ball subscriptions are the only grocery products that qualify for free shipping.


Please note: When ordered in conjunction with other products this item will be processed for shipment on the next working dispatch date and may be delivered separately and ahead of any pre ordered items. If you’d like to use your ingredients with a new oven, we recommend you wait until you receive your oven before placing an order.
