For Ooni’s first-ever line of pizza mixes, we wanted to help save you time by turning to expert chefs to source and measure out the finest available ingredients.
Here’s a classic way to use your New York Pizza Mix. When it’s ready to top, add a few spoonfuls of our classic pizza sauce, sprinkle on some low-moisture whole-milk mozzarella, then evenly distribute some Ooni Cup & Char Pepperoni on top.
For some sweet heat, finish with a post-bake drizzle of Mike’s Hot Honey.
