At Ooni Pizza Ovens, we have a burning passion for fire. When we decided to create a new Axe for the craft of fire-building, we knew we wanted to make something different and unique, and we needed partners with that same passion to deliver on our vision.

In British blacksmith Alex Pole, and his assistants Joe Garnett and Steve House, we recognised the same shared passion for craft, respect, and fire. And so — the Ooni Axe was born.

Your new Ooni Axe is an individually unique, original piece forged by hand, heat and hammer. Every mark on your Ooni Axe is unique to you. Every flaw is perfection. It is a blend of cutting-edge modern design principles and the most ancient of crafts.

Each Axe head is hand-struck between 10k and 15k times, with wooden handles cut, shaped and stained by hand. Each one is full of individual character, made by people for people.
