Terms and Conditions

1. No purchase necessary to enter the competition.
2. This competition is open only to residents of mainland USA and Canada. Applicants must be aged 18 years or over. 
3. This competition will commence on December 1st 00.01am PST, and all entries must be received by December 31st 2021 11:59pm PST. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.
4. To enter, entrants must enter their email address on the newsletter subscription form at ooni.com. Entrants can unsubscribe from the Ooni newsletter at any time.
5. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. The prizes are 4x $100 gift cards for products available at ooni.com. A winner will be selected every week.
7. The prizes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
8. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. The winners will be notified via email by January 10th, 2022. The winners will have seven days to accept the prize, otherwise the prize will be forfeited.
10. The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the competition, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this competition, all entrants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this competition and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented, according to our Privacy and Terms (USA).
11. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names in such publicity.
