Spring has sprung and it’s time to unpack your Ooni, if you haven’t already done so!
We’re so ready to welcome the sunshine, not to mention whipping up delicious food in our backyard once again with friends and family. With pizzas cooked in 60 seconds and our fantastic (if we do say so ourselves) Cast Iron range, the possibilities are endless with Ooni. We even have a little sweet treat tucked up our sleeve.

Celebrate seasonal veggies with this delicious Asparagus pizza. We love the crunch and freshness of asparagus alongside our soft, chewy crust. The crumbled feta, lardons and balsamic glaze adds sweetness, salt and tang. Plus, it looks stunning and is super quick to create.
Sizzling into Spring
If you don’t fancy asparagus on pizza, try cooking it in the new Ooni Sizzler Pan, with feta, balsamic and chilli flakes. Serve up with strips of seared steak, also cooking in our Ooni Cast Iron Sizzler pan. Packed full of protein, simple, but impressive!
On the side, serve up a Caesar salad with a difference. Seared gem lettuce with a delicious mix of bacon, homemade dressing, feta and croutons. Perfection!
Sweets for my sweets
To finish off the party, we’ve been experimenting with sweet pizzas. Hear us out on this one, once you’ve tried the chocolate orange recipe, you’ll be keen to experiment with sweet ingredients. Bellissima!
